Posting Information

This position will assist with summer programming in the division of Educational Outreach as well as general office needs including: data entry, assisting with conference/camp registrations and other errands. Often serves as primary contact for program participants. Position requires some evening and weekend hours.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position

This position must possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with various office software and willingness to learn new programs as needed. Must possess valid driver’s license. Position must also be able to make quick and independent decisions. Must be comfortable working with diverse populations. Professional appearance and demeanor is a must.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in an office setting and with camps is preferred.
