Position Summary

Instructor will teach up to three sections of French language per semester. Appointments are on a course by course basis, subject to need. Course are classroom-based; no online sections.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position

Candidates need to be able to work with a comprehensive LMS (Blackboard) as well as with the textbook publisher’s online site for homework and assignment management.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum qualifications for teaching in the academic programs are a doctor’s or master’s degree in the teaching discipline or a master’s degree with a concentration in the teaching discipline, with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

A terminal degree is preferred.
